| 1. All projects begin with asking you to submit a brief or just a query about some design work by e-mail, telephone or the online form |

This will be done by e-mail, or by post if requested. |

| 3. As soon as the brief has been received I will discuss a pricing quote with you and if you are happy then we will confirm a price. I will then come up with initial concepts and start the process of designing the artwork. |

| 4. After the sketches have been sent I will then ask for your feedback and which design you want developing and then I will also make any changes you want to make. However, if you are not quite sure about any of the design ideas then some new sketches will be worked on. |

| 5. The designs will then be created and further refined with elements such as colour and typography. You will be kept updated with the design progress and feel free to ask for any minor changes to the designs along the way until we arrive at the final design. |

| 6. Once you are happy with everything, payment is requested before the designs are sent to you. Once the payment has been cleared then the files will be sent via e-mail or by CD/DVD depending on what you request and requirements. You will get the files in different formats and you can request for the files to be sent in as many different formats as you want at no extra cost. Design files will be kept on system for 12 months. |
